Somebody feed Phil*.
*) yes, that's me.

I was logging every main meal in 2020. This is what I ate.

75 meals of noodles.

Every fifth main meal was a meal primarily made of noodles (noodles, pasta, ramen, simply all kinds of noodles) almost evenly distributed through 2020.

Döner comsumption faced a slight recession in third quarter of 2020 (to avoid confusion, this kind of döner).

44 times döner.

37 times pizza.

Pizza consumption enjoyed a boom in third quarter of 2020. Overall I ate less pizza than expected.

An uneven distribution of salat comsumption through 2020 (salat as main meal, not as accompaniments).

And 34 times salat.

Meat.

Eating meat is not a good choice. A main meal qualifies as meat if it contains meat. It's that simple. Meat doesn't need to be the main ingredient of the meal. If it's a Big Salat and there's a small piece of chicken in it, it's meat. Veggie is everything non-meat.

Exactly 25 % of my main meals contained meat. I ate 91 main meals of meat and 273 main meals completely veggie. Distribution of meat and veggie overall:

Sunday is meat day. I consumed most meat on the weekends. Distribution of meat and veggie per week day:

Veggie.

Hey, look at that! I didn't eat any meat in week 14, week 24, week 29, week 31 and week 44. Week 19 was pretty bad though. Distribution of meat and veggie per calendar week:

Takeaway.

A main meal qualifies as takeaway if it is prepared or cooked by others and ready for consumption. It is ready-made if it's prepared by others, does not need additional ingredients, but needs to be cooked or otherwise prepared for consumption by myself. It is home-made if at least two ingredients or components need to be combined, cooked or otherwise prepared for consumption by myself.

Exactly 50 % of my main meals were takeaways. Only every fifth main meal was home-made. Distribution of takeaway, ready-made and home-made overall:

Sunday is lazy day. A whopping 75 % of the main meals on sundays were ready-made. At least half of the main meals on saturdays were home-made. Distribution of takeaway, ready-made and home-made per week day:

Home-made.

Due to COVID-19 measures I spent week 12 to week 23 at home. Takeaway meals were reduced to a minimum, and I tried to cook for myself. It tasted terrible, and I had not cooked any meal from week 23 to week 29 as a consequence. Distribution of takeaway, ready-made and home-made per calendar week:
